Features shift, overlap or slip, disrupting the coherence of the face and body.<\/p><p>Drawing from contemporary self imaging, the paintings consider how identity is constructed through looking and being seen.<\/p><p>What begins as a controlled presentation becomes less certain, where confidence and exposure exist at the same time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
